Booth Staffing and Setup
Exhibitors are expected to staff their booths during all designated exhibit hall hours to engage with attendees, answer questions, and showcase products or services. Full-day coverage during peak networking periods is strongly recommended.
Exhibitors are responsible for setting up their booths within the designated setup window and ensuring all displays comply with venue safety requirements. Each table is 6 feet long by 2.5 feet wide; Platinum and Gold sponsors receive two tables for a combined space of 12 feet long by 2.5 feet wide.

If you’d like to add lead retrieval and an attendee list to your sponsorship package, these tools can help you maximize booth traffic and capture high-quality leads.

No storage or handling fees will apply for shipments received during the event window of October 9–19, 2026.
For smaller packages, the hotel will begin accepting deliveries on October 9, 2026.
